1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fada88 website located at fada88.org, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered by fada88 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the fada88 Platform.

By accessing the fada88 Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are of legal gambling age as required under Philippine law (21 years of age or older); (c) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

fada88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the fada88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. fada88 conducts age verification checks and may request valid Philippine government-issued identification at any time.
• Residency: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. fada88 primarily serves players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to use fada88.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by fada88 or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended fada88 account. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account on the fada88 Platform.
• Not a Restricted Person: Employees of fada88, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on fada88, you must complete the registration process and create a fada88 account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You agree to the following account obligations:

• Accuracy: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent time must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• One Account Rule: You may only register and maintain one fada88 account. If fada88 discovers that you hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended, bonuses will be voided, and any winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fada88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. fada88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: fada88 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. This may include submission of a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly notify fada88 of any changes to your registered information by updating your account profile or contacting our support team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fada88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven. All financial transactions on the fada88 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. fada88 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your fada88 account instantly. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts that have completed KYC requirements. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal Processing: fada88 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within an average of 15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. VIP players enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
• Source of Funds: fada88 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. This is a regulatory requirement under Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• No Third-Party Payments: fada88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the registered player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fada88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and restrictions.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fada88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain account tiers or regions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your fada88 account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: fada88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Any such activity will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Modification: fada88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fada88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the fada88 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, and sports betting.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Attempting to launder money or use the fada88 Platform for any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Accessing the fada88 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to use your fada88 account, or using another player's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fada88 staff or other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the fada88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of fada88.org, is the exclusive property of fada88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fada88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the fada88 Platform without prior written consent from fada88.

The fada88 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of fada88. Unauthorized use of any fada88 trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fada88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fada88 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond fada88's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional details.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

fada88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fada88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

fada88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR regulations seriously. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their fada88 account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

fada88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon account closure, fada88 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

fada88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using the fada88 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

fada88 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processors), or as described in our Privacy Policy. All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

12. Amendments to These Terms

fada88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fada88 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the fada88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. fada88 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fada88 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, fada88 maintains an internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to our support team, and fada88 will provide a written response within five (5) business days.
